-The City of Appleton has a city license that should be obtained for driving ATVs on City Streets. This license is free of charge.
Information that needs to be provided is: Name, Address, Telephone Number, DNR license number of vehicle and a signature. The form can be found below. Please return to the city office at least 1 week prior to your visit so you can receive your approved permit.
