The Library Board shall be advisory only. It shall exercise supervision of the library building to the extent necessary to carry on a public library service in a proper manner, and it shall make such recommendations for care and maintenance of the building.

The Library Board meets the 2nd Wednesday of the first month of the quarter at 10:30 am at the library.
