Encompasses over 31,000 acres of land and water. Commonly hunted species: geese, duck, deer and pheasants.

Big Stone National Wildlife Refuge:
Encompasses over 10,000 acres of land and water. Commonly hunted species: pheasants & deer.
Located 15 miles NW of Appleton on Hwy. 7. Refuge Headquarters 320-273-2191.
Other State Wildlife Management & Federal Waterfowl Production Areas:

Watson Hunting Camp:
High quality guided hunting experience. Located in the heart of the Lac qui Parle Wildlife refuge in western Minnesota, the hunting opportunities available at the camp are very diverse and plentiful. Guided duck, goose and dove hunts available along with guided fishing tours!
